At UrbanTods.pk, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time, anywhere in Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. COD orders will be confirmed via WhatsApp before being dispatched. Please ensure you are available to receive your order and make payment at the time of delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to deliver your order after 2 attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
