How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer COD across Pakistan. COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
How can I save 5% on my order?
You can save 5% instantly by paying via bank transfer. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you select the bank transfer option.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 315 1164109 as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Yes, we ship nationwide to all cities and towns across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your location. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad may receive orders faster.
Is there a free shipping threshold?
Yes! Orders over Rs. 3,000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee applied at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day easy exchange and refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
How do I initiate a return?

We carry clothing and accessories for newborns (0–3 months), infants, and toddlers up to 4–5 years of age.

Absolutely. We only stock products made from baby-safe, skin-friendly fabrics. All items are checked for quality before being listed on our store.
